We can remove the ‘Orange Peel’ effect from new cars which will give a deeper gloss and a better reflection by performing our Orange Peel Rectification service. We will use wet sanding techniques, followed by a 3 stage machine polishing to remove the ‘Orange Peel’ effect. This will also remove swirls, minor scratches and marring returning the shine and gloss to the paintwork. Finish using a high quality Carnauba wax or Mayvinci Ceramic Coating as an optional extra.
Please be aware we will be removing a light layer of lacquer to achieve this enhanced finish. With modern cars, the lack of fading in the paint work over time is due to the UV filters being in the lacquer. These can be replaced by having a Mayvinci Ceramic Coating to reduce fading in the future.
ENHANCE
Measure the paint thickness using the NEXPTG STANDARD PLUS Paint Depth Gauge.
1st stage using wet sanding techniques to remove the ‘Orange Peel’ effect.
2nd stage using Heavy and Medium cutting compounds accompanied with localised hand sanding to remove swirls, marring and deep scratches in the lacquer.
3rd stage using Fine polishing compounds to remove any holograms and to bring the gloss to the paint work.
FINISH
Apply Premium Carnauba wax to enhance the gloss of the paintwork

Exterior plastics dressed
Clean and polish outside windows with the removal of water spots
Metal exhaust and chrome polished
Door and boot shuts cleaned and machine polished if required
